We’re accustomed to the sight of concrete outside and underfoot; but its low-maintenance, hardwearing and versatility as a material has seen it become part of interiors as well. By adding a decorative edge to the structure, strength and durability of concrete, we can create fixtures and furniture for areas around the home.
The concrete finishes available range from ground or polished looks to coloured mixes used with different aggregates, shells, nails or other objects being added to the concrete or sprinkled in to the top layer.
One of the most popular applications of decorative concrete is as kitchen benchtops, bathroom vanities, firehearths & outdoor tables. Each piece created is made to order as required and colour samples can be provided before work begins.
As well as creating interior fixtures and new floors, we also rejuvenate existing concrete floors. This is done by adding a layer of new concrete over the old surface or by colouring the established floor with a range of overlays which can include coloured decorative staining.
